Enjoyable place in jakarta! I booked 5 rooms for me and family for 2 nights. The main reason I chose this place to stay is because the rooms are spacious and equipped with a comfortable family room. Although located in the middle of the city of south jakarta, this hotel provides coolness and calmness. Swimming pool suitable for families. The hospitality of the hotel staff was good. I thank mr. Arief for accommodating my room according to my criteria and needs. I really recommend you stay here if you have a plan to visit jakarta, between short or long stay! Thank you pejaten valley residence! Can't wait to see you on my next trip ;)

Its located in the road with a sign showing kpp pratama Pasar Minggu, you should enter that road, yeah its tricky for first timer. Also since there is no big sign you should ask someone once you arrived in the location. Parking space is big, security helping us parking our car properly. Room is clean, pool is clean, I like the hot water shower that literally infinity. There is some mini lounge near pool that you could smoking there. But if you get the room near the pool you should mind hearing another guests talking even at midnight.

These place was really far away from the pictures. If the picture point 8, in the reality it is just 3. I mean come on, sell the real pictures, if your place were really bad so tell the truth, I've been booked for 3 days, almost 500 K IDR, and I do early check-in with extra 50 K IDR, but I straightaway check out, immediately. It really bad experience for me. I don't believe about what you sold.

The room is not clean and the smell is not good. Also the bed and sheet is not clean. Bad exsperience. Wish the staff more care about the service and cleanliness.

The people are nice, the place is full of cockroaches, old, broken, and rusty furniture, noisy place as trains passing frequently,
