Staff was friendly, the hotel location is perfect right in the middle of the city, close to anywhere. Hot water worked. I'm not expecting that much though, but they must improve cleanliness on the bathroom and I stay for 2 days but they didn't clean my room and didn't give complimentary water on the 2nd day, but I don't know, do I have to give my key if I want my room to be cleaned? So far, all is good. Will be back soon.

We stayed for one night in executive room on the way back home Tangerang from Jogja. The room is very spacious and clean. Minimaliist breakfast menu but quite tasty. The staff washed our car 👍 because not many hotels give that service. Worth the price if only stay for transit in small city like Pemalang. The hotel can improve its interior and exterior.

The room is clean and big enough for a solo or couple of travelers. The amenities are okay, and the bathroom is clean. You choose the breakfast and the breakfast is delivered to your room. Beyond my expectation from the price.

The reasonable price for a budget hotel, which surprisingly includes breakfast; The room is spacious enough, quite clean, and they provide toiletries. The challenge is the very small road to enter the hotel, and the bathroom is working well. Thank you

The service at PURE Hotel is good. The location in Pemalang City is close to shopping and tourist locations. Room facilities are good. The employees are all friendly. recommended. OK.

Penginapan jadi satu dengan klinik, kebersihan kamar lumayan, fasilitias yang didapat sesuai harga lah. Air panas ada, AC ada, kasur nyaman dan juga TV. Dan yang lebih penting dekat dengan area transportasi (pemberhetian bis), indomaret, dan kuliner lain. Check in jam berapa pun bisa. Lebih ditingkatkan lagi untuk kebersihan kamar mandi, juga tolong disediakan handuk dan sabun dong:) dan juga kelengkapan di food curt nya. Thanks.
