Super super dirty! Toilet was flooded with water from toilet leak. Bed sheets not changed. Smelled bad. Bed was so soft, you wake up with back pain. Absolute horror staying there. Only stayed 1 night (booked for 2).

The picture is different from the real condition. The pool cannot be used because the pump is broken. The room has a bad smell (too humid). The location is also difficult to find

The room is spacious and pretty, but the check-in experience was a bit strange. I don't know if it was because of the Covid situation or it was regular. They don't have customer service as commonly in other hotels or villas. So when we arrived, there were only pak Made and 1 security who welcomed us and gave brief information that the staff only available at 7 am - 3 PM.

Place very pricey. Expectation is too high with such price. Room very old, wooden, and dark. Suitable for budget price but charged at premium price. The place nothing special, food terrible.

A hidden paradise, a beautiful place, the rooms were clean, the service friendly, the food was good, thanks to the hospitality of Mrs. manager and her husband (we did not have time to ask the name) but we will continue the trip to Singaraja, we were escorted by mr bule pass alternate path where along the way we were treated scenery was absolutely beautiful, thanks to his hospitality
