The room was dusty and since my sister and I are allergic to dust, it was hard to sleep (we kept coughing and sneezing). The breakfast tasted bad. Everything was super salty.

Amongs the best hotel experiences we've had in Serang. The staff are super friendly plus great breakfast. Very close to royal shopping cejter and only a couple of minutes to serang station.

It unbeliveable why the officer hold my identity/driving licence, so I can't go anywhere without driving licence.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. But the room and interior facilities are quite old. Apart from that the rooms are less clean. In conclusion the price given is not worth the service provided.
