Sorry in advance for the experience I will describe below. I started from the Kedoya Elok Apartment itself. The rules of the Kedoya Elok Apartment are a hassle for guests, especially during a pandemic. Not a suitable apartment for guests who rent daily. The advantage of the Kedoya Elok Apartment is only free parking. Next I discussed the condition of the unit I rented. The Kedoya Elok Apartment unit on the 4th floor, unit 403 South Tower, is very far from being livable. The floor is dirty, dusty, many facilities are damaged, water drainage is not smooth, the air conditioner is broken, and the room smells musty. The service for guests who rent this unit is also very disappointing, there was no prior preparation and even I was told to take a freight elevator even though the customer elevator can be used too. Sorry again if there are inappropriate words, but this is my worst experience while renting an apartment unit which is quite expensive.
