The place is as expected from a 5-star hotel. When I first arrived the lobby was packed with people who wish to break their fast, so it was quite loud. The room was great, but the AC is kept automatic turning off and on (I guess to save the energy). No plastic water bottle, all using glass container (the taste of the water quite weird). The staff kept calling us whether we like to extend the stay (which I did and already told the receptionist when I checked in, I guess no handover whatsoever when they changed shifts). But, I like the breakfast options, one of the biggest breakfast options I've seen so far, but don't wear your hotel slippers for breakfast, they will send you back to change to sandals/shoes (which is quite troublesome). One of the best room service callers I've heard, all using this really shooting voice which I really like, super friendly and sounds genuine too!
