2 Stars Hotels in Tendean, South Jakarta

The staff was really friendly & helpful (especially the security). However nobody picked up the telephone after 10 p.m. (not even the reception). The place was very dusty (the floor, table, even towels) and the air conditioner setter on my room wasn't working, hence I cannot adjust the room temperature. The hallway smells like cigarettes (despite the no smoking sign). Hoping for improvements. Thank you

Room is poorly maintained, not clean, and very noisy.

Stay in 805 period January 14th-15th, The room was perfect, do not expect too much for breakfast. 90 % for sure I'll choose this hotel for my next business trip.

Clean, nice places, but There isn't much shampoo, soap and tissue provided,

Worst, I book for 3 night but in the end I don't even use the room and book another place, to shock to take a picture. I mean it looks fine from the picture on application, but when I arrive there what I got is an old room with a bad certainly a bad maintenance, not clean at all you can see a trace of cigarette ash on the table, and walls, un clean bedsheets, smelly room, I do not even have a guts to check the bathroom, I only enter the room sit on the bed, do not even try to lay on the bed and search another place right away. I mean the rate was like 250K to 350K, and there's so many places around with the same rate that is clean and proper. When I'm about to book it, I look the review, there's some mean comment but the latest comment is somewhat fine. Look deeper on reviews is important. The location is really great, the manajemen should do a better renovation and maintenance, it 's really unfortunate.
