The room was okay, the swimming pool also okay, I like the lontong Medan as one of breakfast menus. The most exciting one was the gym! Love it!

This hotel is unavailable to stay, you ruined my vacation I'm really not happy with hospitality you have. The toilet doesn't splash very well, the mattress not comfortable to sleep, no fridge in the room, everything is horrible from 10 I will score you at 2. Will never stay again.

The service is lacking. If we gave feedback saying the bathroom smelled, we were told to look for another RedDoorz instead of apologizing or whatever. The service forgets whose name it is, it's definitely a girl wearing glasses. Please improve the service.
