This is the best hotel in Singkawang! I stayed in the executive room (windows) and I really loved the unique design of the room. However, the best part of my stay was the staff! When there was problem they were very accommodating to my needs for example reschedule because of covid and the cleaning of the room. This hotel has the best staff in all of Singkawang! I highly recommend this hotel!

There is no lift in this hotel & no porter to help us, we had to carry our own bag upto 3rd floor. We stayed at the sakura suite & the room has so many ants. We had water trouble in the bathroom, thankfully was fixed after several complaints. The staff at the receiptsonist made faces when we complained about water!
