The room is very different from the one in the photo, full of dust in the room, the tv is still a tube (can't turn on), the air conditioner is not cold, the mini bar (can't turn on, no blanket, no amenitis (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush) ), I only brought that one towel myself from the OYO office below after being given it by the mas on duty, there was no warm water, there was a dirty bucket and dipper, just soap, there was used bar soap in the soap dispenser. Access from the parking lot the basement to check in to the oyo office is far and complicated. When I came to the reception there was no one at all and I waited a long time, after waiting a long time and meeting the mas on duty he said I was not registered as a guest at the oyo. After waiting a long time I was finally able to check in because he said there was an error. There was a depot of 100 thousand. But when I checked out I was not immediately given the money because the reason I couldn't check the room was because the task had not arrived. Finally from 11 am I checked out , it was only at 21:53 pm that I transferred the deposit money directly to that account, I had to charge it first. Really very disappointed.
