Overall it is a good experience. The Reception Staff is helpful and because the building is relatively new it is still clean and good. But for the room they don't give us a telephone but give us Google Nest instead for call purpose. They have writen guidance for how to use it but I think for my father that not familiar with it, it can became issue. Also when I tried to call another room it sometimes said that the room number is not found in phone book. I hope it can be improved on my next stay.

The Best Hotel In Cilacap! The room is comfortable, the TV is smart tv and breakfast tastes good and varied. The only minuses are that the Google Nest often doesn't respond when you want to call the receptionist and the bathroom floor is slippery because it's rarely brushed. Too bad.
