The service is very good and good. The location of the hotel is quite strategic but for the rooms it needs more repair and maintenance and it is better if the person on duty at the hotel (Duty) does not leave the hotel when guests want to complain / input.

For the umpteenth time staying at Azza, strategic location, places to eat and the PI Mall, just walking distance, clean bathrooms, friendly FO and fast response. Breakfast is okay.

Setiap ke Palembang pasti nginep di sini, fasilitas standar sesuai budget, kamar bersih, sarapan lumayan banyak pilihan, cuma kebetulan pas check in, baru sekali ini dapat handuk yang sepertinya sudah harus diganti. Proses check in /out cepat, resepsionis ramah.
