The room smells filthy! They say non-smoking room in the description, but I got smoking room. And the receptionist blaming me for not putting a note about smoking room, "you promise me a non smoking room in the description!". About the breakfast food, the fried chicken was very dry + tasteless, the soto soup was not taste like soto, there's no sausage served, the pasta is tasteless, and so on. I mean, they serve a very super-duper basic food and they got it all wrong.:) the car parking spot is very unorganized & your car will be direct under the hottest spot in Jakarta, the hotel sign on the side of the road practically cannot be seen, it's to small. Not going back to this hotel ever again!

I booked two rooms and they were supposed to have the same specifications, but I found one room bigger than the other, also the refrigerators did not work and it took to replace them until the second day, but honestly, in general, the workers were friendly And it was very clear that they were doing their best to satisfy you.

The room was nice, the staffs were friendly and helpful, except that sometimes the reception desks were empty with no staff so I had to wait a few minutes until somebody came, and the breakfast buffet didn't have a large selection of variaty.

The building is old and dusty! You have to call operator several times to get mineral waters or just an adaptor. But the concierge staffs are courteous and helpful!

Overall it was a good stay. The only downside was they don't provide any towel in swimming pool for the hotel ' s guest. Moreover, the pool is only 120 cm deep (but I guess it ' s less than that).
