Bigland Hotel Bogor is located in a fairly strategic area, although it’s tucked a bit inside a residential neighborhood. On the bright side, this provides a quieter and more peaceful environment compared to hotels located on main roads.
The hotel is conveniently close to Pakuan University and just a short walk from one of Bogor’s well-known and bustling coffee shops. The lobby area is quite unique, as it is located in the basement—definitely something different from most hotels.
The room was decent and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. Overall, Bigland is a recommended option for anyone looking for accommodation in Bogor City.

My wife and I have stayed at many hotels in Bogor, but we stayed here for the first time after a recommendation.
The whole experience was very enjoyable from checking in until we left. The room was spacious enough for our needs and had a very modern feel, and the bathroom facilities were excellent and kept very clean and tidy. Although we didn't visit the restaurant, I highly recommend taking the time to visit the rooftop cafe, especially in the evening as the view is fantastic. Finally, all the staff we encountered from check in and room service to the people outside in the parking area were very warm and friendly.

we stayed during a long weekend here so the hotel was very crowded.. the check-in process was easy and smooth even though there was a queue.. during breakfast around 7 the restaurant area was already very crowded so we had to queue to get a seat.. the food was very varied and delicious.. the swimming pool area was also full.. a bit shocked because this was an impromptu staycation on a long weekend.. next time I'll come here on a weekday😍 overall okay, just chose the wrong timing to stay..

Deluxe King Balcony
This was my first stay at this hotel, a weekend stay for 2 days and 2 nights, and I was quite satisfied. The location is close to downtown Bogor. Access to the hotel is not easy, making two-way intersections difficult due to the large number of cars parked on both sides of the road. Once we entered the hotel parking lot, I had difficulty finding parking because the parking lot was full. Security advised me to park outside the hotel, which may have contributed to the narrowness. The turning space for vehicles going up and down the basement parking lot is also very narrow. I saw several guests having difficulty turning, but security was quick to assist. The hospitality staff were very good and friendly. The rooms were clean and the other facilities were good, with no issues. The breakfast was also delicious and quite satisfying. My only suggestion is regarding the parking area. Please inform guests when the hotel parking lot is full and they have to park outside. Explain the system, and is the hotel still responsible? Is it paid or not? Thank you.

As soon as I entered the room, there were already cockroaches.
Access from the parking lot to the lobby was very inconvenient.
The staff didn't explain the hotel in detail, resulting in an unpleasant experience. Please improve this. 😊

Overall, it's a good place to stay. It's not far from Botanical Gardens. The balcony might need to be upgraded, but I thought it would be spacious, but it's only big enough for one or two people, depending on their size.
