I had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderful staycation with my family at Mason Pine Hotel, and I'd like to share our thoughts on the experience. Check-in was a breeze, allowing us to start our getaway with ease. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the impressive array of facilities available. The swimming pool was a hit with the family, offering a great way to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The pool's amenities and cleanliness added to the overall enjoyment. Our room was a delightful haven of cleanliness and comfort. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean and well-maintained environment, and Mason Pine Hotel certainly delivered on that front. The cherry on top of our staycation was the refreshing weather. The cool, fresh air provided the perfect backdrop to our family bonding moments, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay at Mason Pine Hotel was a fantastic and rejuvenating experience. The Hotel looked exactly like the picture, spacious, comfy and very clean. The staff was very helpful and very professional. This was second time our family stayed at this hotel. Will stay again soon

The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

A nice and comfortable hotel, our family is also very comfortable staying at the hotel, the swimming pool is also clean, and the facilities are complete.

Love their creativity, I booked for my daughter birthday staycation. And I gave the information just in the morning of my staycation day about this through ig dm. Probably because of the high traffic, they didn't respond so I just thought that they can't prepare the decoration or the decoration need extra charge. But surprisingly when we arrived, the receptionist say hi to my daughter and ask who is having a birthday. She looked so happy and amazed that the hotel staff know about her birthday. They also provided a tepee tent at my room that make this hotel my daughter 's number 1 list hotel. They also have3 a free riding horse, a free rabbit feeding and also a free fish feeding. My daughter gave you not just 5 stars but 10 stars hotel. Love this hotel.

The staffs are friendly, the rooms are clean. The room service are good. The food is delicious with reasonable price. They have connecting rooms. Definitely will coming back.

Nice room, great service from the staff (super friendly staff), and the location close to braga and asia afrika street. The hotel has restaurant in front of the hotel, I love spend my night at the restaurant. I promised myself to come back soon to Bandung, because I want to stay in this hotel.

The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was really delicious. I will go there again in the next holiday. Feels like home.

My friend and I had the most wonderful stay here! We stayed for staycation to let go of our stress and the result is really satisfying. Fast check in/out process. All staffs kindly & helping. I love the room design, it’s too cute, something fresh & clean, the wall decor show how old Bandung City, historical but eye catching. I’m wondering the water shower more powerful it will be prefect.
