Once, I had complained with them due to restaurant service. But thanks to the one and only Michael (front office staff) who handle and taking care of my complain very well. Really love the hospitality of front office staff and the lady from restaurant (which I forget her name) whos always escourt my BF to the room. You guys are the best🥰😍 Mas Farhan, I think you should learn from them. Overall is good.
