I am happy with the concept that has a lot of open spaces, when it is high tide, you can swim directly in front of the hotel. Even though it is not a sandy beach, the clear sea water is quite satisfying. But I think service improvement is very necessary. I arrived at 4 pm, but the room was not ready and had to wait 30 minutes until the room was finished cleaning. I ordered two rooms, one of the rooms still smells of cigarette smoke when I enter. another room, no remote AC. The bathroom building looks very old so it doesn't feel clean. Towels were not available and there was no telephone device, so it was difficult to contact the restaurant or receptionist. At night, the neighbor room was noisy until 2am, but there was no action from the hotel.
