The location is very strategic, close to shopping and dining areas. The staff is quite friendly, and check-in was quick. A 50,000 IDR key deposit is required upon check-in.
For a room at this rate, it's already very good.
The only downside is that the towels smell a bit musty, or perhaps the laundry perfume isn't very fragrant. Overall, the hot water is fine, and it works well.

Terrible service. I was moved to a superior city view room based on the recommendation of the receptionist (a woman wearing a hijab).
Confirmation of the move was made at 10:00.
Checked with the receptionist at 10:00. The superior city view room, room 103, had already checked out, and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. Okay.
Promised to clean it soon and then move my belongings to the new room. Okay.
I left the hotel at 11:00 for business and again reminded the receptionist to clean room 103 immediately so I could go home and rest, and the room was ready.
Turns out I returned to the hotel at 3:30 PM, and room 103 was still messy and dirty, not ready or cleaned. And apparently, I wasn't the only one complaining. There were also guests complaining because the room hadn't been cleaned yet.
I tried to ask the hotel manager for confirmation, but the manager refused to meet with me and only asked the staff to handle guest complaints.
Please, the hotel owner, please evaluate the manager's performance. This person has no responsibility for his work and is not responsible for the guests who stay there.
The hotel is already good, but the actions of a few individuals will damage the hotel's image. which is already good...tks

the location is quite strategic, but if you want to try the viral culinary in Blok M, the road is quite far even though you can cut into the mall. No need to be afraid of going hungry outside the hotel at night because there are many choices of gultik that can be enjoyed. Inside the hotel there is a painting exhibition that can be seen on each floor. The TV is already a smart TV and is not slow when used for watching, but if you are on a cellphone, you have to leave the room first if you want to get a good signal. Overall it's okay!

the lobby is a smoking area so it's smoky and smells of cigarettes, so it's not comfortable. the room can be heard making machine sounds like a dynamo, the soundproofing of the room is not good.

The hotel location is strategic, close to the mall. The room wifi is also fast. It's just that the room is not comfortable, the roof makes a bug bug bug sound, the sound of mice passing by makes it very noisy. The towels also smell, parking is also difficult because the parking slots are limited. The room environment is too close to the parking lot so it's not comfortable.

The location is really good, lots of food in front and not far from the mall and park, clean room, clean toilet, simple hanging wardrobe so the room is not cramped, more needed table, then wifi password should be informed directly, whether to use it or not, then if possible there is an Aqua dispenser on each floor, so it's not far either to go down just for coffee or hot water. The others are okay, I've stayed there twice.
