The food is not very varied, not meeting expectations for a five-star hotel. Another important thing is not to stay at this hotel if you're traveling in and out of the Ancol area. You'll be charged an entrance fee of 35,000 Rupiah per person. Three times you enter and exit, three times you pay. You'll lose out, unless you're a wealthy businessman.

yes, we really enjoyed the hotel. It coincides with school holidays, so there are lots of activities for children. Our daughter also really enjoyed it. The bedrooms, restaurant and food are all very good. Thank you Traveloka

A very very pleasant hotel, to the point of being reluctant to leave, everything is top notch, it's also great for bringing small children, the best part is the swimming pool, cake, and delicious breakfast. It makes you feel at home.

when I arrived, I was very welcome, the service was good, I even upgraded the room to a spacious and roomy room from king size to a suite, it was okay.. only the AC needs to be repaired.. thank you, I don't know the reason but thanks 🙏 about the food, it was delicious, it suited our taste, there were many variants and it was really good, I recommend 👍.. but when I was at CO, the service was not so good, I had been queuing for a long time, but instead I was invited to the new arrival, the service (she) was not so good.

This hotel is really great, all the staff are friendly, every time we meet we are greeted with a big smile, it's really best for families, it makes you feel at home, I wouldn't stay here for one night.

At first, upon check-in, I had a bad impression because it took so long. The promised check-in time was 3:00 PM, but we weren't called to check in until 3:30 PM, claiming the room wasn't ready yet. Finally, we checked in at 3:40 PM. It turned out that both rooms on the 208th floor had no view at all. The food was decent, but still far behind its neighbor, the Grand Mercure.

the AC temperature in the room (suite room) cannot be adjusted, other than turned off. It has been checked by the housekeeping staff but it cannot be adjusted. Finally the AC had to be turned off because everything was cold.
