Old hotel but still comfortable, Gym is good as a hotel facility

Room is large enough, clean, good view, green parking area. But we need the waste water is not stagnant in the bathroom floor.

Smell old at lobby hotel but clean. Upgrade room because of marriage certificate, officer told us they don't request it but I showed him text from online agent. Breakfast so so. Bathroom need renovation for shower handle. Overall it is nice stay thank you

I know its a high season but wait for over than 45 minutes just to check in while they giving room to other guest isn't nice at all. After the room was ready there's no towel so I have to wait for another hour for the towel. Everything was fine until next morning while I took bath, all of sudden the waters turns to brown. I know its an old hotel but cleanliness have to be number one priority in this pandemic season. The only good thing was the spacious room, cold AC and their food.

At that time I checked-in at night, the mas at the reception was friendly and very kind, I offered to be woken up at dawn, really nice, the check-in process was also fast so I could rest soon, the room was clean and spacious, I didn't expect it even though it has been established for decades but the quality is still well maintained, the rooms are clean, the air conditioner is cold, the TV channel choices are many, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast is good, you can sleep well, the point is really recommended and you must stay here again.

Again staying here to unwind checked in around 6pm, even though the room was upgraded but felt a bit disappointed because I ordered it and liked it in the Standard Classic type (floors 20s and above) but was upgraded to the Superior type and got it on the 9th floor, he said it was still under maintenance. I don't really like the Superior type of room. But still according to the request for the bathroom, there is a bathtub for soaking, hot water is smooth, the air conditioner is cold, the poll is steady, the wifi is running smoothly, the tv channels are quite complete even though some are blurry. The cleanliness of the room must be improved, because early in the morning around 9 o'clock there were cockroaches without wings in the room but the employees were quick to act immediately. The rooms and hallways must be scented so they don't smell damp (different from the rooms and hallways on the 21st floor which don't smell damp). For breakfast, the choices are many and the taste is delicious, especially the fried rice and fried noodles. Adding breakfast for 1 pax is subject to a price of 110 thousand, the price has gone up but the taste and variants of breads and others are much more stable. The employees are friendly and will still be one of the favorite hotels, even though it's a shame that there is no swimming pool . Suggestion: it's better to book a Standard Classic or Deluxe Thematic room, even though the model is a bit old-fashioned but it's more comfortable and clean in my personal opinion. Moreover, I like hotel rooms with vintage/classic nuances
