Everything is according to the photo, but there are several points where the lights don't turn on, the phone is off, the shower waste water doesn't flow well so it looks like a flood and the customer service communication on arrival is very unfriendly (we gave greetings, we didn't answer even our thanks were not answered, questions- our questions were also not answered, let alone a smile, only silence and words that came out only when asking for identity. But the rooms and views were okay. The food was pretty good because it was raining and hungry.

The position of the resort is a bit inward, the receptionist is friendly, the breakfast is not bad, the place is a bit arid & the swimming pool is not clean maybe because it has just reopened. Close to Supadio Airport

For resting, it's comfortable, because the atmosphere is really quiet, it's scary again at night. The atmosphere of the room is also okay, spacious at that price, but breakfast is not the same, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the swimming pol facilities are not really clean, the moss has not been cleaned, there is a lot of moss, there is no swimming, the paint is starting to peel, the bench the bench is rickety, and many tools are broken, maybe the effect of the pandemic, but in my opinion the hotel facilities must be maintained, for us customers are important, because we also enjoy hotel facilities, cleaned only by filtering ckck, that's water, please drain replace, moss on the brush, and for the receptionist please be friendly, yes, for management please set the time when cleaning, because at that time at 9-10 there were still noisy breaks, cutting trees or twigs, please increase customer comfort, not just profit only.

Tempat nyaman, fasilitas lengkap, makanannya enak dan diantar ke kamar jadi ga repot kalo bawa toddler sama bayi ga perlu harus ke resto, tempat asri, tidak bising kendaraan, cuma lampu di kamar dan kamar mandi kurang terang.

Niatnya nginap di sini mau bawa anak berenang tapi kolam renangnya kotor dan gak sesuai yang di foto. Gak ada perosotannya juga.
