Staycation with friends and we had a good time here. Nice lobby lounge, Nice city view at night and the staff have a good hospitality. Will be back soon in another staycation

Spacious room, nice fragrance, strategic location on the west side of Surabaya, the room is simple and comfortable. The only feedback is on the Linen and Towels (it's time to change). In overall was great stay and experience

Spacious room and very cold aircon Location is also good 5mins drive to super mall and about 15-20mins drive to Ciputra World mall Hotel staff friendly and attentive to every issue.

Nice hotel Spacious room, spacious bathroom, cold aircon. Location is at the west of surabaya and nearby has convenient store indomart and many food store. Near to Super mall around 15 mins driving without traffic, and around 20 mins to Ciputra Mall. Front desk friendly and always helpful with what guest needs

1. Miss Communication when requesting Honeymoon set up, we have to wait 1 hour longer in the lobby. 2. Toilet trouble. 3. Fill hot water in the yellow water bathtub. 4.this is not a five star hotel suitable for a honeymoon.
