Yes quite comfortable, just added facilities for mineral water does not exist, bath mat is not there so the floor and feet easy dirty, just 1 towel, please increase and attention to cleanliness, thank you.

The bathroom drain was a bit clogged. the condition is rather dirty, whereas new buildings should be cleaner. it seems not ready 100% for rent.

For a good location, there is no receptionist, the service is less satisfactory, not given mineral water, more like staying in an empty apt, not given a free parking pass, even they say there is no free parking pass like other hotels.
