The room is spacious but stuffy. The air conditioner was leaking, the soap and shampoo seemed old, the room door was difficult to open, the wifi also lost the network. The receptionist is quite friendly. The view is beautiful and the food is pretty good but unfortunately the facilities need to be improved.

Pertama masuk kamar berbau apek, kamar mandi jorok ada tissue di dalam toilet dan air tidak nyala, seperti sudah lama tidak dihuni dan dibersihkan, ac tidak dingin, lemari pd usang, lantai kamar (karpet) banyak rusak seperti bekas kebakar puntung rokok, anak saya kelanjur baring-baring dan gatal-gatal, saya yakin banyak kepinding/ kutu kecil-kecil. Semua saya komplain dan ditanggapi sangat baik, ob gercep. Karena tidak nyaman saya minta pindah kamar jk perlu upgrade bayar selisih juga gapapa. Akhirnya kami dipindahkan di lantai atas dengan kondisi kamar yang jauh lebih baik, ac dingin, kamar bersih dan tidak berbau. Utungnya para staf sangat ramah dan friendly saya suka pelayanan mereka yang cepat tanggap, tiap saya komplain selalu sigap mepayani. Saya hanya ingin review apa adanya. Tp saya pribadi kapok nginep di sini. Pesan: sebaiknya staf memperhatikan kebersihan dan kenyamanan customer, selalu cek kamar sebelum diberikan ke customer apakah layak atau tidak untuk dihuni. Karena customer ingin kenyamanan saat beristirahat.

Kondisi kamar jelek seperti tidak terawat, karpet kotor, lemari dan laci rusak (bahkan tidak ada pintunya), kamar mandi gelap, air di shower kecil. Sangat buruk seperti hotel yang sudah hampir mati dan tidak terawat bertahun-tahun.

This accomodations have a good location. But the room is not clean. I found 5 small cockroaches in the room and afraid to sleep.

Hotel on the edge of the Kapuas River, close to riverside tourism. It is better if the facilities and infrastructure are well maintained and offer breakfast.
