The room smells good and clean. I love how it covers our basic needs such as hot water, good bed, and good lights. You even have your breakfast sent to your room. I really recommend this guest house.

Staying here is perfect for families, close to Big Mall Samarinda. The room amenities are adequate for a comfortable stay. The room is clean, but the TV is still lacking in quality, as it uses cable and the picture is a bit blurry.

location in a fairly narrow alley,
no lift, only using regular stairs
room card problem and have to go down to the lobby for repairs
room area walls are damp and leaking on the ceiling
bathroom area is quite clean, but there is also a leak in the ceiling area
bed is a bit dirty and has stains, blankets and pillows are not very clean
breakfast is delicious, with affordable prices

The food is delicious, close to Big Mall, close to the main road. It's just quite tiring going up and down the stairs, and the sound of the AC compressor is really noisy so every time the compressor turns on I always wake up because I'm shocked.

The hotel is nice and clean, but unfortunately it's not soundproof. People in the next room talking normally can be heard in the room. The wifi is also slow. But overall it's good, especially since it's very close to Big Mall and the bus terminal.

The only downside is that there is hair around the wardrobe, but overall I really like it, and if I go to Samarinda I will definitely continue to stay here, because the facilities are comfortable, very close to the city, can walk to Bigmall, it's clean, the breakfast tastes delicious, great.
