Harbour Komodo Hotel

Wonderful hotel. Staff are amazing and hotel is clean. Right in the middle of town to book tours.

Lovely hotel in a great location for tours. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and our room was very clean. We were slightly disappointed that the pool seating area in the rooftop was closed for refurbishment, but we did stay here off season. Local area interesting. People welcoming and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for price, local knowledge and friendliness. No dining options but plenty of local restaurants.

Close to airport, harbor, shopping, market, post office.

Ran out of hot water after 5 min in shower. No hairdryer. Street outside room was very noisy all night long. Staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Roof restaurant had beautiful view and food was adequate although the bugs came out after dark. Other restaurants and port within walking distance.

Great hotel and view near the harbour in LBJ. Try the ribs at the Copper Kettle down the street. Grocery stores nearby sell wine and beer. Good for stays to and from Komodo.

Great location, great rooftop, looks good from afar, but looking into the details, a little problematic. Generally floor and toilets/surfaces were clean but bed sheets were dirty, or at least not white white (lots of stains), and had to sign a document saying I’d pay for them if they were dirty after my stay… asked to get them changed, which they did, I reviewed the new pillow cases and took a few to get one that was reasonably less stained. Really recommend to up their game in washing because for the price I paid, it is unacceptable.

There are better options in this price range in Labuan Bajo. The air conditioning is not adequate. The hot water heater is slow to heat and never really gets warm. This area is extremely noisy from the street, the roof top restaurant. Housekeeping did not empty the trash during a 5 days stay. Overall cannot recommend.

Clean room. adequate amenities. nice view of the harbor from the roof deck. very central. while it can get a little loud from the nearby bars, the noise tones down by 10pm. nice rooftop bar and restaurant with plunge pool and views. Will stay here again when I get back.

Great little hotel on the main street. Great service. Small pool and bar on the top floor with lovely harbour views. Main street has a super selection of cafes, restaurants, dive and boat trip shops A little noisy at night with street being busy

Great location for walking to the pier for boating trips.. walkable to several restaurants... the staff was wonderful..

Overall, this was a good choice. Nearby amenities, and where I needed to be (close to the port), it was clean, the staff was good, and the price was reasonable. I have stayed elsewhere before in LBJ, and frankly I will choose to stay here at Harbour Hotel next time.

Poor Wi-Fi quality. Simple hotel, clean, easy to walk around. Middle of town, loved the location. Highly recommend.

The rooms are very modern and very comfortable. The hotel is directly in the sun without shade trees, so we never opened the curtains and there was no outdoor relaxing. Great A/C though! We had a deluxe room with a super comfy sofa and a nice kitchette. We went to the Rooftop swimming pool, but the water is hot! Much of the pool has black tile, attracting more sun. And no shade.

I should have taken more notice of other TA posts. This would have to be one of the worst hotels we've stayed anywhere in the world. There is constant road noise till late at night, then it begins again early morning, there's noise from adjoining rooms, above and below, the mosque is nearby and very loud and distorted. There's no noise protection on the windows. The aircon struggled to cope with Western sun, even when turned up to maximum. The pillows are woeful, one is a flat pancake while the other is a pillowcase stuffed with the equivalent of three pillows making it huge, round, hard and unusable. Vehicles can't pick up or drop off out front as it's too busy with no parking available. The bathroom stunk and there's no bench room. We booked and paid 3 nights, but moved after one (without a refund) and we're widely travelled and not pretentious. Simply put, stay elsewhere.

the hotel is located in heart of Labuan Bajo very easy to walk everywhere. staff very polite, always helpful.every time I come in or out I see someone cleaning something and it shows. hotel is Nice and clean and comfortable.
