Reception is excellent, adaptive, and stylist. Room is clean, very clean in fact. Maybe the cleanest room I've ever noticed. Almost no dust, except in some corners. Toilet is magnificent, operated well, and has a simple artistic agreement. Pool is moderate, but need more attention in water replenished, specifically for those coagulant at near bottom af the pool. Please maintain regularly. Activities: lots of options, very huge space dedicated, but needs instructions, definitely. Food and bev: need improvement

Harris hotel is always a pleasant place for family staycation. Kiddos had fun in the swimming pool and playground. They explored to see bunnies, hobbit house and birds. Room is enough for the four of us. It is clean with complete amenities, we even got a nice mountain view. Maybe you might vary the food for breakfast. It is not bad but not special. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you 😊

Staying during eid fitri holiday, all service run smoothly. This hotel accommodated family with kids really well. So many facilities for kids, the room was very clean, all staffs were friendly, and for the restaurant service was excellent but there is plenty room for improvement for the food

We had great experience stay here. All the employees are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are clean. But our concern is only one, we can hear the noise from next door and corridor.

The hotel itself is actuallyre, t satisfying. I arrived before 1 PM and I can easily check in without waiting. When I arrived at the room, the referigerator have no cold air at all. Because I need to referigerate my kid's milk, I called the reception and they instantly change it into a new referigerator. I was really thankful for that. However, when I stayed thehere was a corporate event so the hotel became very very crowded. I do not mind the crowd, but what I was dissapointed with was, they have a night event and do karaoke near the pool until 11 PM. I have a baby and a toddler and they have hard time sleeping because of this. I think when there is an event like this, the hotel should inform the guest during booking so that we can either find another time or find another hotel, because it's really really really loud. Or, hotel should stop the loud music at 9 PM because it's bed time for kids. As for the breakfast menu, meh. I only like the cinnamon roll. The rice and pasta was tasteless. I'd recommend ordering food from outside because it's not worth the price.

I stayed 2 nights with my daughter. Because the initial booking was only 1 night we got a room with two beds on the 6th floor. The shower had a leak, the floor of the room and the window side of the room had to be repaired (in my opinion). On the second day we moved to the 7th floor, all good. It's just that the entrance to the room is very heavy, what's the name of the tool behind the top inner door? Maybe it's a bit set so that it's lighter when opened. The kids' friendly swimming pool and the breakfast menu are varied and delicious, it's just that on the weekends more attention is paid to the food served which has run out but the restaurant employees didn't know, because I had asked for the menu to be filled again and had to wait quite a long time. Oh yes, please access the restaurant menu directly from the room via barcode to make it easier for us to see the menu before ordering food while in the room. * I really like the smell of candles in the room 😍 Overall happy staying at the Harris Sentul Hotel 🥰
