The bathroom door in the new building is very hard to open and close, very disappointed.

You'll get a room with a balcony (city/garden view). That's awesome. It's great for your family, too. If you have the room with breakfast, there's no additional charge for kids below 12 years old. Staff are friendly and polite.

The upgrade that Holiday Inn did to this hotel is amazing, a luxurious minimalist design that is very comfortable, with a very beautiful view of the city lights. input: 1. The swimming pool can still be made more attractive 2. Food variety can be added the rest 9.5 for this hotel

The staff is very helpful, the front office also made early check-in. The food is delicious, lots of activities. Only my husband's wifi didn't connect all night, even the IT guy didn't know why. But it's okay, the gym & kids playroom are fun. The kids are very memorable, next time I will stay again

Even though the hotel was really nice, when I entered the room it hadn't been cleaned and it was already someone's room. I was really disappointed that they didn't check the room before the guest arrived. I had paid a lot but I was in a bad mood after arriving a long way away.

the location is on a hill in the middle of the city so you can see the city from above... the breakfast is very complete and delicious... only the room is not soundproof and there is a restaurant next to the hotel that has loud music until night.

Everything is soo good, never regret staying here, it's really upgraded now.

The experience we felt when entering the hotel area with a steep road and sharp bends, requires caution. Then when we wanted to take a shower, it turned out that the soap was in an empty bottle, but when we called the officer, he immediately filled the soap.

Third time staycation at Holiday Inn. got a newly renovated room all ok only the TV does not have service to youtube netflix. the balcony area is dirty maybe because of the many trees. if for sleeping staycation is always comfortable and the view is cool, usually get welcome cake but not cool yesterday. for all staff and security friendly polite. just a bit disappointed with them when breakfast said the food on the menu is empty and it takes a long time to refill I waited a long time to eat porridge kondime on empty. just refilled after fighting over because everyone was waiting. I said already know long holiday hotel guests are crowded they should have known the number of guests who stay so the cooks have prepared and a lot. so the guests are not disappointed and wait a long time until fighting over it then the menu is a little less varied sausages are also not there. market snacks cakes should be for the level of Holiday Inn hotel the breakfast menu should be varied and should be better prepared so that guests are not disappointed. those who staycation on May 12-13 must have experienced the same disappointment at breakfast, the rest is comfortable thank you

The view is cool, a week-long Eid staycation here makes you want to come back again, the breakfast menu is quite extensive and there is ice cream, kids friendly, there is a children's playground, swimming pool and gym are safe because they are full access, overall ok the best
