During check-in they said it is clean, but there are a lot of hairs in the shower. Furthermore the smell of the bed is moldy.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and quite complete for a suite room. The service is also friendly starting from the receptionist, the food service and the food is delicious. Next time, you can add a hairdryer or a swimming pool to make it more comfortable. Thank you.

Hotel that needs renovation. Like not properly maintained. Smelly room, lots of flies and mosquitoes. Smelly toilets. Thank you @HOM Premiere Cilacap. Already made an impression. Sorry, I'm not satisfied.

Saya menginap 2 malam di hotel ini dan sangat puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan mulai dari check-in hingga check out. Kamar bersih dan semua kelistrikan berfungsi normal, walaupun kondisinya sudah lawas dan perlu diperbaharui. Lingkungan sekitar hotel juga enak karena jauh dari kilang minyak utama sehingga udara masih segar, tidak tercemar bau minyak. Untuk kualitas breakfast rata-rata hotel bintang 3, cukup banyak pilihan, namun untuk rasa biasa saja. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini masih sangat recommended untuk menjadi pilihan menginap dengan harga yang terjangkau. Note: wifi mohon diperbaiki, karena tidak dapat menyambung ke device

Hotelnya bersih, tenang, nyaman buat yang butuh relaxsasi, proses check in/check out cuma butuh 5 menit, cepet pokoknya. Tapi untuk menu makanan+minuman mahal-mahal, jadinya saya gak request makanannya.

Affordable accommodation for two nights while on a bicycle trip last weekend. Staff were friendly, they allowed me to put my bicycle inside store room during the nights.
