the room is clean, direct access to mall from the lobby. service was good, parking was abysmal. This hotel is smokers paradise because they divide the breakfast area smoking and non smoking. all & all, I do not regret choosing this hotel and had a great stay!

All displayed rooms in the app is non-smoking room, so I made my booking. I also add a special request for a non-smoking room, but it turned out that the hotel can only provide a smoking room.

The room had been sanitized prior to our arrival. There was a sanitized seal on the room 's door. Room was clean and spotless. Bathroom was also clean with nice warm water. Nice bed with clean sheet, blanket and clean pillow covers. All the furniture was still in good shape despite the age. There was also a carwash service that we could order by paying a decent amount of 50k. Hotel staffs were very polite and helpful. All the elevators were touchless which was great. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

The staff was helpful but less sincere, we slept there for 3 nights and had our breakfast for 2 days, they. Not ready for the high occupancy while breakfast, even though they already split into two times for breakfast, I also thought the health procedure wasn't as good as S * hotel, even though they told everyone to take glove before take the food, only few people use it.

Need maintenance. Fitness equipment some broken. Shower head missing. Grand Piano in the lobby, guest are not allowed to play. Only for display. Other similar hotel guest feel free to play. Breakfast good with plenty variant.
