Dirty and dusty, not worthy of being called a hotel, more to a hostel, when checking in the receptionist does not understand traveloka, when shown the boking code the receptionist is confused and does not understand the meaning of all that is stated in the screenshot of the traveloka boking page, also very confused how to give a room, checkin is very old cz the receptionist was confused to ask for proof of transfer because of ignorance of the online system, old bed, no blankets, towels, shampoo etc., no tv as stated on the application, dirty cupboard table with thick dust, toilet very dirty, when exiting the hotel for shopping guests are not allowed to bring the key to the room lock (the room is locked using a padlock) and I feel it is not right not to allow guests to bring the key when exiting between hotels because I feel it is not safe to leave the goods seen from the hotel situation without security, at a price of 117 thousand is not feasible , more suitable hrga 70 thousand hotels like inns in general

We don't get the room like we book in app. They downgrade my room because the price in app give lower grade room than it should be. I call the owner and he don't wont to give the room because the room are not good for him. But for very cheap hotel, its ok :(
