No fridge in the room. However, the hotel doesn't accept non halal frozen food (eg. se'i from pork) to be stored in their freezer. The room isn't clean. There are cockroaches in the bathroom and in the bed room. The bed sheet isn't clean enough either.

Comfortable with Neo's facilities, it's just that the whispers of people in the middle of the night and during the day, the sound of squeezing chairs or something that really disturbs the peace. Very satisfied with the service and cooperation. Thank you

Somewhat disappointed with the service at the reception, the check-in rules should be at two o'clock, but I only got the key to the suite room at half past four while I was carrying a baby, why did it take so long, it was very uncomfortable, and even then I had to get angry and just got the key, no follow up from they, the receptionist also had the wrong telephone line to my room at 5 am, very unprofessional. The rest are all good facilities, cleanliness, food all good and very comfortable in the suite room, large, spacious, suitable for families. So far I like Neo, only the check-in process is really unprofessional
