The location of the hotel is actually strategically close to Tanjung Perak Port. Hotel staff are also quite friendly and helpful. But what is lacking is the condition of the hotel. when I entered the lobby, it felt like it was in the 90s, all the components felt old and not neatly arranged. When entering the room, the condition is clean but not fresh. like stuffy and moist. The air conditioner is on but the temperature can't be adjusted. The most unfortunate thing is the bathroom, dirty, slippery and smelly, really sad. Want to go to the bathroom must take a deep breath first while holding the wall afraid of kepetet. Room and bathroom maintenance should be taken seriously by hotel management. Then the mosquitoes have a lot of night time. It feels like it's just on the edge of a kebon.

From the front of the hotel it looks ok until the lobby, but when entering the room all expectations are destroyed. Very not recommended. The toilet is very dirty and mosquitoes. Neglected room. I hope the hotel can be renovated.
