Comfortable room, good food. There is no mineral water in the room, replaced with a dispenser outside the room because it supports the city of Balikpapan's program to reduce plastic waste. Slight improvement in the distribution of clean towels. Overall recommended. Thank you for your time in Balikpapan with Hotel Zurich.

Can you give a rating of 100 or not, this is the most comfortable hotel out of several hotels in Balikpapan that I've ever been to. Easy access, spacious parking, the receptionist is also friendly, the rooms are spacious, the tv also has a lot of channels, the air conditioner is cold. There is no shortage, really recommended and will be a favorite hotel if you stay in Balikpapan again.

Very pleasant hotel, clean, friendly receptionist, friendly room boy. With a friendly price, along with top-class facilities, I always want to come back for vacation in Balikpapan with this hotel. Don't hesitate anymore. Hotel Zurich Balikpapan is indeed the best. My suggestion is that the children's play facilities and swimming pool will make this hotel even more fantastic

Overall comfortable. Good breakfast, lots of variety, bathroom with bath tub, spacious parking,. The lack of a flooded bathroom floor, and it can be improved where drinking water refills in the corridor

A hotel with good facilities at an affordable price in Balikpapan. All bathrooms have bathtubs. The hotel's response was fast, when a friend's room leaked, they immediately moved to another room. It's recommended anyway.
