The hotel was fun. Very peaceful & silent with sacred balinese atmospheres in the middle of crowded kuta area. The staffs also very good. We asked a baby box, and they provided immediately with smiles. Highly recommended!

I often stay at this hotel with my family for years. Actually everything was good, but it became bad because of the pool attendant's bad attitude. He's an old man named Gusti. My child was harshly reprimanded by him for 2 days for playing aquatic toys provided by the hotel and I saw what he did. I was offended by the way he rebuked my child. I also work in hotels as human resources coordinator. I never taught my staff to be rude to guests as bad as he did. Very inappropriate. With bad attitude like that, Mr. Gusti shouldn't be a hotelier.

The service was the worst. The receptionist looked like she did not know how to smile. Even the manager or supervisor (someone with higher position than the staffs I believe) at the restaurant did not know how to speak politely to guests or only to local guests I guess. However, the other staffs at the restaurants were quite nice.
The room was ok and spacious.
Another visit? I don't think so.
