the hotel was awesome, the room very clean and the service was excellent, but during pandemic the swimming pool is closed and the breakfast can only delivered to room. for sure we will come back again

all was good. really like everything. especially very close to the culinary place. got free karaoke also in color for 2 hours. only 1 thing is lacking. the room is not soundproof. I like to be surprised if there is something in the next room or something, you can definitely hear it. but really everything is okay. I will definitely go back to stay again.

Thank you for asking to make a birthday greeting followed by the Janevalla staff. The room is spacious, the location is close to everywhere, even next to Helena's house (a viral breakfast place) so if you stay without breakfast it's still safe.

for the room is nice spacious... the plus here is that you can stay 24 hours, check in at 22.00 doesn't take long, but the cleanliness is not maintained, the gaps between the tables are still dirty, the tiles don't seem to have been mopped first, and the sink table is dirty like it hasn't been mopped or cleaned either, along with the glass. for the food is not very varied.. the cleanliness will be improved later.. sorry there are no photos, I didn't have time to take photos yesterday.
