Stayed here for 2 nights. Strategic location, close to the city center. Close to souvenir shops too. Parking can be full during busy times. Breakfast is available starting at 6:00 a.m., plenty of menu options. Friendly service.

The cleanliness of the bed sheets, bed covers, pillows is lacking. There is still hair on the bed sheets, bed covers, pillows. It seems like the bed covers and sheets were not replaced because there are still hair residues. The parking problem is a bit troublesome, parking next to the Asri Hotel, the road is a bit muddy when it rains, and if it rains it becomes even more troublesome. The room's tightness is lacking, the shower water comes out small even though it has been given a note. The location of the hotel is in the city, it is easy to find food. Overall OK, only the cleanliness problem needs to be improved.

Location is okay. Parking space is also okay. Bed sheets, quilt covers, pillow sheets are all yellowish. Only large towels, and also yellowish. Hairs are on the floor and also on the bed 🤨. Hope you can make it better to strive in this difficult condition.

4 star hotel but the facilities in the room are very lacking. There are no mats and slippers, you have to ask for them first. The first room's AC was broken, but the staff was responsive and immediately replaced another room. There is no hair dryer, safe deposit box, mini fridge, soap also uses small nuvo sachets, I just found this kind of hotel soap. The room key is also only given 1. The bathroom is also a bit slippery, it seems it needs to be fixed. Sorry, I hope you agree with my review and can evaluate it for improvement
