We are checking our guests’ body temperature with thermometer gun when guests enter hotel premises and encourage our guests to wash and use sanitizer frequently. We have all contacts numbers of referral local hospitals in case of any further necessary actions.
3. Our hotel has clear procedure to handle COVID 19 by training our staffs well. We instruct our staff to wash their hand frequently, wear face mask, face shield and hand glove. Encourage our staff to have no physical contacts, and keep a minimum of 1.5 meters distance (by installing physical distancing lines in lobby and guest elevator).
