I have stayed at Citrus House three times, the service is very friendly from the security guard to the receptionist. For rooms, bathrooms is clean, water is quite hard. Only the pillows are not comfortable, the TV channels are not clear and there are not many choices.

My kids and I were quite disappointed during our stay in Bumi Katulampa Convention Resort. We booked two rooms, Ruby No. 11 and 15. I'll review each room in detail. Ruby No. 11:(+) The water heater worked well.(-) There was no mini fridge. The room and the bathroom needed more. Cleaning, there were ants in the bathroom and. My daughter found a cockroach in the bedroom. Water was coming out from the toilet's water. Supply valve. The AC was not working properly. The sliding doors were in poor condition, we. Had difficulties locking them. We had to leave. The doors unlocked the whole time we were. Sleeping. Ruby No. 15:(+) The AC worked well. There was a mini fridge.(-) The water heater was not working. When we arrived, there weren't any towels or a. Mat in front of the bathroom. Similar to room No 11, this room and the. Bathroom could use some cleaning. The sliding doors were also in poor condition. Other Facilities:(+) We enjoyed the fried carp and the fried chicken. (one whole chicken) they provided, they were. Included in our bookings. Staff was friendly.(-) The pool was under maintenance, so my kids. Were disappointed that they couldn't swim and. They got bored really quickly as there weren't. Many things to do there. Breakfast menu was not that good. The electricity went off probably about 2 hours. Before we checked out. In conclusion, I don't think we will ever be coming back:(

The location is superb with many restaurants around the hotel. It's a good option for short gateway with family. The breakfast is also delicious with numerous food variance

This is on budget accommodation. You you get what you pay. The room is clean and sufficient. You can refill your water. However, wifi is really bad! This is something that can be improved. Also, they don't have something for a doormat in front of the bathroom or the room.

Good location and accessibility. The downside is that the place is a bit noisy in the morning. Overall, everything is OK.
