The room was nice and clean in general. Unfortunately the food was somewhat awful. Limited options compared to other 3-star hotels I've stayed at. Most of the food was either bland or too salty. Even the water tasted a bit funny. The only menu that stood out during my 3 night stay was the black sticky rice for breakfast.

Booked a family room, the sofa bed need to be fixed. Excellent service for people with wheel chair, even allowed us to borrow for my grand mother. Parking was tricky, they have one area at the back but they didn't inform it upon check in.

Staycation with friends, had so much fun here with all the facilities. The room is comfort, we also had a great time at the swimming pool. Our the most favorite part was the breakfast with a lot of food types. I love the nasi goreng harper.

The hotel is located in the center of town, it 's hotel room are of spacious enough and clean, it 's breakfast were quiet varieties, not bad, parking lots are of public function, but we can get endorsement from the front office, so were payless for it all. Recommended enough for those who are looking of the budget yet quiet comfortable resting place in Palembang city.

Even already asked for early check-in, they still won't let us. Then was given a room with an AC that not cold at all. Good thing the hotel management answered our complaints and gave a new room with a good AC. But, our room has no slippers. The hotel hallway is a bit dark/gloomy. The hotel located in a strategic and a bit lively place, so many food seller around hotel.
