Good location right next to a shopping mall. Good hospitality. Room is clean. Comfy bed. AC works fine. Amenities are acceptable. There 's even fridge in the room I'm staying in. But! Hot water doesn't work, and it makes the stay less enjoyable.

Location a bit strategic, near to the Musi River, Ampera Bridge and Sentral Pempek. Got room with a bit broken doorknob. AC not too cold but at least not making us sweating. TV can't be used, said still in upgrading. Got free swimming ticket in their indoor swimming pool which is a plus point from me. Breakfast menu is not too many, but the fried rice is delicious.

The staffs were actually nice, but unfortunately the hotel needed so many improvement, the building, the facilities, the furnitures, anything in the bedroom. The lift was unable to use, so did the receptionist phone. This hotel has a strategic location, unfortunately the facility wasn't good enough to catch more guests.
