Excellent and very friendly staffs, specially the lady at the check in counter, on duty in the afternoon around 3-4 PM.

I stayed for the new years eve. I searched for available hotels near the city center two days before, and found some good deals in Majapahit Hotels. The reservation went fast, I got great service from the receptionists and staffs. The strategic location was perfect for spending joyful event, without feeling disturbed because the room location was quiet far from the festival. The room was huge and comfortable, with beautiful and classic design, equipped with beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. I went swimming, Jacuzzi, and sauna. The breakfast was nice, with wide range of choice from local and international menus. The checkout process went fast. Generally speaking, it was worth the price to stay at this 5-stars and historical hotel.

Good service, fast and friendly check in, good food and friendly restaurant staffs, the room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The gym is opened 24 hours but you need to get the reception to open the room. They have self washing machine together with the dryer which is very convenience. Reception and staff is very friendly and helpful. Just a little bit slow with the wi-fi. Overall the hotel has extended a great service and great value of money, will definitely come back next time.

Room is large enough, clean, good view, green parking area. But we need the waste water is not stagnant in the bathroom floor.

This 60m2 hotel room was more than enough for 4 of us. The food was great and the staff is friendliest. The ambience of in house garden was so relieving.

It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya is located at kayoon street, near Submarine monument, delta plaza, hokky supermarket, and the best branch of warung bu kris. In my opinion, it has a 5-star interior class because the design really looks luxurious. Upon entering the hotel, we first dropped our luggage at the drop-off and then proceeded to the parking lot. The parking lot actually can accommodate a lot of cars, it's just that that day was full because there was an event. The check-in process was no problem and fast, given 2 room keys. The lobby interior is very charming with a touch of dark, grey and gold colour combinations. The building materials used are also quite expensive. We used the elevator to get to our room. The corridor is too dark so the interior is not highlighted. I hope they can add some downlight lighting. Entering the room, it turns out that the key has been given in the key tag so the room is already cold and very comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, the interior is dominant in wood and grey colours and the facilities are quite complete. The honeymoon set request was granted, and given an elephant art towel and a strawberry cake slice (thank you Grand Dafam). The room is quite clean, unfortunately, there is one spot on our bedside table where dry watermarks have not been cleaned. Mattress size is 2x2 meters with a bed runner, 2 pillows, 2 bolsters and 2 decorative pillows. The mattress was in excellent condition and very comfortable to use so we could rest well. The floor uses granite tiles but the mattress area is equipped with carpet so that when you get out of bed your feet stay warm. Rooms are equipped with armchairs, comfortable chairs and work desks Minibar, TV with HDMI port, SDB, alarm clock, slipper, laundry bag, and a luggage rack. Complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water, tea sachets and coffee are also provided. The bathroom is not too spacious but has a travertine colour with good ambience lighting. The shower is only a hand shower without a rain shower. There is a see-through glass in the room but it is equipped with a roller blind for cover. The amenities of Budi Jaya's production and the packaging are very elegant in black and gold. Other facilities include a semi-indoor semi-outdoor swimming pool of sufficient size, a very minimalist kids club, a podium with synthetic grass, a gym with complete equipment with a life fitness brand but locked, and a restaurant that is quite spacious with a luxury interior. What's even more surprising is that the emergency stairs are painted with a peacock motif. Breakfast is served as a buffet with service hours from 06.00 to 10. It's not difficult to get a seat because the restaurant has a lot of seating. In my opinion, the food variants are complete even for 5 stars and the taste is very suitable for my tongue, especially the Asian food. The types of food include Fresh juice and healthy drink, chilled juice and infused water, coffee and tea, slice fruit, salad bar, buffet line (fried rice with sausage, fried vermicelli, stir-fried long beans, green chilli chicken, fish with sambal match, various chilli sauces, various crackers, Indomie, sausage and egg corner, porridge, western food (potatoes, tomatoes, beans), yellow rice, gluten chicken soup, bakery pastry, French toast, ice cream, cookies, cereal, Madura porridge, pudding.

Nice place and clean room, perfect location

The location is perfect, with a lot of culinary nearby. Limited parking area. The room is clean, smell smoke, but they come and spray the air freshener. The pool is great.

A little bit hard to find the location, however, all paid off with good hotel and nice place. Clean and cold room. Good service and professional. Located at the old city of Surabaya, near jl Gula, Jembatan Merah and Jl Panggung. There are atm bca near the hotel. Fair price :)

This was my second stay at this hotel. I like the interior ornamented by old Surabaya pictures.

They allowed me to change my room from double to twin. And the room service is quite fast. They even lend us some umbrella to take for our business event trip

I had a good time staying in this hotel, I stayed for 7 days. The room is clean, not that big but I like it and it is enough for me who had a solo trip and more to staycation. Their services also good, the best! Friendly, helpful. Every day they'll change the towel added the water to drink (which so helpful for me because I drink water quite often), and clean the room as well. I'd love to stay here again next time when I visit Surabaya. Too bad I haven't tried their food, they have a restaurant too by the way.

Spacious room. Unique room for Japanese room type. Breakfast just so so. No place for breakfast but only pack delivered to your room. Overall satisfying to stay here. Very strategic location.

the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I really enjoyed and had good time in this hotel.. thank you very much.. will come back another time maybe..

Clean enough, at the center of city, any kind of food nearby hotel. The breakfast menu's so great, any kind you can enjoy, and the taste I think, excellent. And also thanks for the good service.

The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

One of the best new hotel. The staff was very friendly and amazingly some of them asked my name and everytime I met them they called me with my name. It was a great effort. The food taste was standard for 5 star hotel (I tried in room dining and makan kitchen) but the portion was so great. This is the first time I ate in room dining in hotel and really full. The breakfast is really complete most of everything was there except smoked salmon (but its okay it just my preference). The room was spacious. I was not stay at suite but the room was spacious. The amanities was great, but it supose to have pairs of everything since my booking is for 2 pax. But I only have one and need to request (but they just came right away). Location was great. At the city center. Near with local street food and mall. Definitely will come back again.
