Very dirty, bathroom is smelly and very dirty. Photos shown on the picture are not real. The staff are very not welcome to the customer. Very bad experience!

Dirty sheets, only one pillow available, no toothpaste and toothbrush, no soap, no hot water, staff is not helpful.

The only problem I have was the bathroom, shower didn't work well and the bathroom door couldn't be fully closed.
