Beautiful settings and on the edge of the ocean. Easy to access many bars and restaurants. Hotel has great facilities and well tendered gardens. We really enjoyed the adults only pool and the cocktail bar.

We had a villa with a plunge pool and it was just beautiful. Room and gardens were well maintained and clean. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location was excellent, close to everything but just out of the hustle and bustle giving us the opportunity to really relax. We loved it, and will definitely be back.

This was our fifth time staying at Legian Beach Hotel. The place is amazing and the food is fantastic. We love the place but our last day was a little disappointing.
We booked for five nights. Our first four nights were in a Deluxe Beach Bungalow which is one of their upscale rooms. The fifth day was for a regular Deluxe Room since our flight to Manila left at midnight and we would be checking out at 10 pm. We advised the reception of this on our arrival.
On the day of the room change we were required to checkout of the Bungalow but were told we needed to wait to access the new room until after normal check in time. We had to check our bags with the bellman Ang go find a place to hang around until we could “check in” again.
I think that it was pretty poor service considering our history with the place and the fact we were already guests. In addition it was clear that all the Deluxe Rooms were not fully booked so there were clearly available rooms at the time.
Again, we love the place and will revisit but this was a bit off putting and annoying experience in an otherwise perfect visit.

The Legian Beach Hotel was a good (all round) stay. We were there for six nights but booked seven because of our late night flight back to Australia. Our experience in the past is that you can never get a late check out so we cut to the chase this time and booked extra night. Ive always thought its a bit unfair that you cant check in until 3pm but they can chuck you out at 11 or noon... umm anyway all the staff were lovely except the stiff reception staff who maybe could go to the hospitality school for a refresh. Loved our room, the garden, the koi and the squirrils. Breakfast was worth every cent we paid for the room. It was amazing and so were the staff. (Five Gold Stars there!) Meet & Greet needs a bit of work but otherwise very nice hotel opposite the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Legian Beach Hotel, however would not recommend the Superior Family Rooms. I’m not sure if they are slowly renovating these rooms, but the one we checked into had a strong mold smell which we would not have been able to stay in - luckily they found another room for us. Employees at the hotel were great.

reasonably clean great location, otherwise in need of a renovation. quite old and the condition of the property shows. Horrible breakfast for the price do not get that inclusion if you have to pay extra - remaining menu lacking.

Great location. Walking distance to garlic lane and plenty of stalls and shopping, beach front, lots of great dining options, trustworthy money changer across the road.
Bungalows are great. The beds are very comfortable. Fantastic adults only pool with swim up bar.
Full buffet breakfast included.

Over all the Legian Beach Hotel is a great place to stay. The pools are wonderful and the location is perfect. Our room was a little dated, especially the bathrooms.
We booked here as it was a VIP access hotel, however no associated extras were given, even when I inquired about it, which was very disappointing.
I would probably look elsewhere next time because of this.
