Every Eid and New Year holidays I stay here, every time I stay here I always book through Traveloka, before I booked a deluxe room and always got a wall view, even though I had written a note asking for a view to the lobby, but I was still given no view, I tried asking the receptionist to order a superior type, now I ordered a superior one but I didn't get a view, I was still given a wall view, with the reason that now if there is a view to the street it must be a deluxe type
