I had such a pleasant stay at MD7. The staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and always eager to assist. It’s rare to find such great hospitality – they truly made me feel welcome every day.

One of comfy hotel in Cirebon. The room quite small but very clean. Everything worked but their is no coffee maker in the room.

It was very worth the money, the bed is comfy, they provide bolster something that we never find even in a 5 star hotel, food is good, descent coffee, staff was efficient with full of smile, internet was fast, room lighting and control is easy

I salute and appreciate the meticulous and detailed management of this hotel. I happen to be a tourist.
When I checked out and handed over the keys, I waited about 5 minutes, and the receptionist said it was okay to leave. There was room service in front of my room, so as usual, I said goodbye to the receptionist.
Then I started the car from the basement parking lot and warmed it up. After that, I packed and unpacked the trunk for about 25-30 minutes, meaning there was still time if something happened to me as a hotel guest. Then I left the hotel.
Four hours later, around 1 PM, I was informed via WhatsApp that there were brown spots on the footrest, one on the footrest measuring about 3cm x 1cm. Thank God, this hotel is very thorough. I'm happy when my staff is like this. However, I was asked to pay a fine of IDR 50,000. This time, the spots were on the doormat, not the bedsheets, and the brown stains were wiped away with wet wipes. It was truly amazing. The hotel staff was very friendly, I checked in at midnight and was tired and would continue my journey the next morning, fortunately the check-in process was smooth and comfortable so I could rest immediately.
