If you prefer room with: peeled-wooden furniture & doors,walls with dirt and fungus (jamuran) on it, cheap showers & non-functioning hot water in the morning. Well, this hotel's room is suitable for you. Although very overpriced.

Stay during the 2023 Eid holiday, the room is quite comfortable, good hot water facilities. Large swimming pool downstairs, only the water smells of chlorine which is quite strong. Friendly service. The welcome drink is very fresh, iced ginger tea. Overall ok

Incidentally, there was a workshop assignment in the city of Yogyakarta, I chose a hotel. This is because the previous hotel was very narrow and the price was mehong. Here the prices are standard but the rooms are spacious, I sleep well, the breakfast is delicious.

Very inconsistent with what you pay for the cleanliness and standards of the Class I received. I am very disappointed. Wasted cotton buds and non-existent utensils. clean. CS waiters are not fast and much more. Hopefully it doesn't happen to other customers. Thanks

It took me 2 hours to wait to enter the room after checking in without being given any compensation, even then I was given a room at the very end, one wall with an elevator so it was very noisy, not to mention there was a knock that wasn't clear where it came from, I couldn't sleep all night. Please, this room is not worth it. The second day, I tried to complain with the complaints that I felt, but a replacement room with the same type was not available, I had to pay for a room upgrade even though I think I should deserve compensation because I have been harmed by being late in entering the room up to 2 hours and also have been given an inappropriate room. Even after I paid for a replacement room, I was still given a disabled room according to the photo I attached. Outrageous, really this is my first and last experience staying at this hotel, I am very disappointed. The first day's breakfast, the fried rice didn't taste good, I even saw that many didn't finish their fried rice.
