Staff cannot speak English. No hot water for shower. Food is shabby. Spider network is everywhere. Tap water is yellow. I need refund. It’s not worth the money

Good service, good scenery and helpful staff but the room is not really clean and smelly (I was stay at tent no 5), the view from tent is nice. Jacuzi is too expensive 500k IDR for 2 people for 3 hours with snack, I think 1,5 hour is enouh with more affordable price.

Nothing wrong with us choosing to stay at Mulberry Hill by The lodge to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The view here is amazingly beautiful, even though it's not right in front of the room. Cold air, super friendly and responsive staff, good restaurant food at inexpensive prices. Indeed, there are not many rooms so customers are limited so it feels private. For breakfast, the taste of the food is acceptable to the tongue, the variations are quite diverse, for omelettes, request by order. Need to rejuvenate the tent in the limestone to make it look more beautiful. Thank you, we had a wonderful experience staying here.

The atmosphere is comfortable and calm, the view from the glamping is cool, the rooms are also ok, only the hot water can't be warm water so you can feel the sensation of taking an ice bath, the breakfast is delicious. overall really ok for the next stay option. thank you to the staff who have served, all friendly and polite.

Easy access and very helpful Wara Wiri car facilities. Villa Gede with a large size can accommodate groups of up to 20 people. Thank you Mulberry Hill & Traveloka, making our family holiday enjoyable.

MasyaAllah glamping has good views, especially the warm water works well because in cold weather being able to take a shower with warm water is a must, a restaurant that blends with nature is also extraordinary, breakfast is brought with a big tree and in front of an extraordinary mountain view.
