NB Bali Guest House

Room is very smelly and can't take it for a while too. Bathroom is in very bad condition. All the taps and showers are salivated. Simply unsuitable for stay and the rate is expensive

I felt something wrong with this hotel when the receptionist just gave me the keys without checking my ID or everything. And it really was. The electrical outlet was only one in the room and the wires were out from the wall. It always splashed 'electric fire' whenever I plugged in my phone charger. when the guy next room yelling there is no water to flush the toilet, I checked mine too, and he was right. I have to fulfill the empty bucket available to flush the seated toilet manually the whole time. they emptied the trash, but didn't change the trash bag (some disguising liquid there). the staff weren't really friendly as well. the only good thing, it was affordable to just spend the night in

Friendly staff, great location, cleanliness can be improved, room number 1 the toilet door can't be closed. AC is good, bed is good.

Clean and comfortable, I would stay again.

NB Bali Guesthouse is too far from Kuta main area. The photos in website looked okay but it’s actually worse when you enter the room. I specifically booked for a queen bed but guesthouse gave us a room with 2 twin beds. Bathroom is dirty. Toilet bowl is dirty to highest level! Everything inside the bathroom is dirty. Split type aircon took more than 2 hours to make the tiny room cold. Blanket is so thin. Only 1 pillow per guest. Towels are also thin, it hardly absorbs the water in your body. Wifi doesn’t work inside the room. Small flat screen tv I think it’s only 19” with cable tv, good reception. Free bottled water. Parking area in the website picture looked wide but really, you can’t park a car there because it’s actually small. During our 2nd night, the guy in the front office who works for NB Bali Guesthouse had 8 teenager visitors and they were drinking liquour and smoking with loud music - so inconsiderate! They didn’t even consider that they have guests who would like to rest/sleep. The next day we asked front office to transfer us to a room with queen bed and they said okay. We left the guesthouse in the morning and returned in the afternoon. They gave our requested room to another guest! We transferred to another guesthouse. We hated our stay here. Please avoid this filthy guesthouse!

Good cheap and clean, good for backpacker

The room is not too big, but clean. the staff is nice
