Amazing and perfect hotel ever I visited in Surabaya. I spend one night in Novotel Surabaya with my family. We love it so much. 🥰. Family friendly, nice staff and nice receptionist, beautiful views, cozy and clean rooms, delicious food, and everything is perfect!. Highly recommended hotel in surabaya. Thank you so much.

Overall the hotel is good. I have 3 things that the hotel's management should improving. Firstly, there are less of trash bin arround the hotel. Secondly, there is no shower cap in the bath room and the last one is the toilet shower didn't work properly (water came out continuously from it).

Thank you for the review and positive feedback given to Novotel Surabaya Hotel & Suites. In regards to the trash bin around the hotel, we are on progress to add additional trash bin using recycle material and repaint our existing trash bin to be more visible. Kindly to inform that our housekeeping department usually check the room to assure cleanliness and all equipment works properly before guest arrival, however certainly this time we were failed to show the result to our valuable guest, please assure that we'll evaluate internally for improvement. Once again thank you and we sincerely hope to serve you again in the near future.

Room was spacious. So comfy. The food was tasty. I spend 3 days and 2 night with my grandma and lil sis.

Once again enjoyed the one night I was there. Arrived close to midnight but check-in was a breeze. Had the pool basically to myself for most of the day & no problems requesting a late check-out. The only small criticism is the conveyor toaster at breakfast time. It took 4 passes to get the toast cooked & then only one side was brown. I chatted with one lady & watched her put her slice through 4 times on each side. This is a problem worldwide in hotels with conveyor toasters, multi-slice 5 yo 6 slice with controls for each pair of slots is the best way to accommodate guests when it is busy. I will be back here next trip to Surabaya.

Very okay. Recommended. Thanks. There is only one drawback. Please give the road specifically for goods. Let's not carry it heavy. There's no elevator.
